David Bowie in 1974 at the Dutch TV show TopPop playing Rebel Rebel wearing an eyepatch.

Barry Schultz recalls, "David Bowie wears an eyepatch, in red suit with guitar on blue background at TopPop television studios in Hilversum, The Netherlands whilst doing his hit song Rebel Rebel in 1974. I took this photo of him along with some other Dutch photographers during the taping of this video. Bowie was running late and this historic moment almost never happened due to the TV Crew wanting to go home on time. But luckily they stayed and this iconic photo was able to be made.
He did many takes and met us after the taping to do some more pictures with the press. He was, as always, very gracious and kind. - Barry Schultz
